The T.I.R.E.S. srl adopts model 231 in its company. This model has the aim of creating an organizational structure with an internal control system in order to prevent the commission of the crimes envisaged by the Legislative Decree. n. 231/2001.

The policy of T.I.R.E.S. srl is to fully respect the laws and regulations of the countries where it carries out its business, to this end it adopts methodologies and procedures aimed at preventing behavior that may constitute a crime. Furthermore, she is convinced that ethics in business conduct promotes the success of entrepreneurial activity.
